Ok, You're Almost Done!
Practice Night - You may choose one night that you are UNABLE to practice.  We should be able to accommodate you by placing your child(ren) on a team that doesn't practice on the night you specify, however, we make no guarantee.

Remember, our league limits teams to one, 1-hour practice per week.
That means you only practice one night per week.

Monday Tuesday Thursday
 (Choose One Night that your child can not practice.  If we accommodate your request, you must take the night we assign you.)
If more than one day is chosen, this information will be disregarded.
(If you can practice at 5pm, please tell us as we depend on 25% of the players to practice at 5pm.)

IMPORTANT
 I can practice as early as 5PM
