ABOUT THE FEE INCREASE: In past seasons, we have been able to keep registration fees lower due to ongoing support from various businesses and individuals.  Some of those businesses have closed their doors due to the economy, some are saying they have cut their budgets and can't help us.  We are aggressively pursuing other sponsors; however, we can't put ourselves in the position of not breaking even regarding the finances of the program.  Therefore, in order to ensure a healthy RCYS ministry, financially speaking, we had to raise the fees to guarantee the programs fiscal stability.  Please note, RCYS funds are not used to support the church - except that the RCYS ministry continues to invest funds in the park - which of course belongs to Bethel Christian Church.
