At RCYS (Rockdale Christian Youth Softball), we rely upon volunteer coaches to make our program work.   However, coaches are the primary point of contact with players and parents and for that reason, we have high expectation for our coaches.   All volunteer coaches are required to sign an RCYS behavior contract that outlines that behavior that we expect of our coaches.   We expect of you: (You must agree to each requirement by checking the check box at the end of each statement to be considered.  If you can not with all sincerity agree, then simply cancel out of the form.)

1.That you shall NEVER yell or demonstrate a negative attitude towards a player, parent, umpire or any other person associated with RCYS.  I Agree

2. That you shall NEVER display any fits of rage, anger, frustration, etc... within our park or in the presence of anyone associated with RCYS. I Agree

3. That you shall NEVER violate park rules including: no smoking, no drinking alcohol of any type, no foul language, no weapons of any time including knives, no physical contact with children or adults that would be deemed inappropriate by church leaders.I Agree 

4. That you WILL give the HIGHEST RESPECT to all RCYS Volunteers, Umpires, Park Guests.  I Agree

5. That you return all equipment that is loaned to you for team use.I Agree

6. That you will protect the image of both Bethel Christian Church and the RCYS program.I Agree

7. That you will put the needs of others before yourself.I Agree

8. That you will maintain weekly communications with all the players on your team.I Agree

9. That you will provide organized, meaningful practice times and never cancel a practice except for inclement weather or by prior permission of the RCYS directors. I Agree
