Through our experience, we've found that often the most wonderful coaches are parents who may not have a lot of coaching experience, but have a big heart for the kids and a desire to make their time on the field enjoyable.

At RCYS, we do not insist on previous coaching experience for our coaches or assistant coaches. What really matters is having the enthusiasm to guide a team of young players. As a coach, your role is to lead practices in a positive and encouraging manner, and don't worry, there's always plenty of support available. The key is to enjoy the experience along with the kids, creating a fun and memorable environment for them. Your passion and commitment to their enjoyment and growth are what truly make a great coach.
